GROW Model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will):

Reality:They assess their current reality, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Options: Participants explore various options and strategies to achieve their goals, considering potential obstacles and resources.
Will:Finally, they commit to specific action steps and timelines, demonstrating their determination and accountability to follow through.
RISE Model (Reflect, Integrate, Sustain, Elevate):
