Identifying competencies involves assessing the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviours that individuals need to perform effectively in a particular role or context through a Review of Existing Frameworks, Consult Stakeholders & Job-Specific Competencies Finalizing the modules, program dates
A test administered before the session begins
Guiding the participants on the selected competency with multiple sessions. It encompasses a wide range of activities, including educational courses, practical exercises, hands-on experience, and more
At the conclusion of the training, we assign a specific task to be done for 30 days .This task serves to reinforce the skills and knowledge gained during the training period and allows participants to apply what they have learned in a practical setting.
A test administered after the session ends
Execute a 30-day demonstration program within WhatsApp groups: Over the course of a month, participants will actively implement the skills acquired during the training in designated WhatsApp groups.
Long - Term Intervention Training Process
Identifying competencies involves assessing the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviours that individuals need to perform effectively in a particular role or context through a Review of Existing Frameworks, Consult Stakeholders & Job-Specific Competencies
Self-Assessment: Provide participants with a self-assessment questionnaire or survey that covers the identified competencies.
Managerial Ratings:The manager evaluates each participant individually, providing ratings for each competency.
Finalizing the modules, program dates
Guiding the participants on the selected competency with multiple sessions. It encompasses a wide range of activities, including educational courses, practical exercises, hands-on experience, and more
At the conclusion of the training, we assign a specific task to be completed within 15 days for each module. This task serves to reinforce the skills and knowledge gained during the training period and allows participants to apply what they have learned in a practical setting
On the 16th day, we offer individual coaching sessions to assess their progress and understanding. This personalized approach allows us to gauge their learning outcomes and provide tailored guidance to further enhance their skills and knowledge.
Self-Assessment & Managerial Ratings: Provide participants with a self-assessment questionnaire & The manager evaluates each participant individually, providing ratings for each competency
Personalized report detailing the individual's progress and achievements during the training period. This document serves to highlight areas of improvement, mastery of skills, and any challenges faced, providing valuable feedback for both the individual and the training facilitators
Scheduled three months after the training, this session aims to assess the long-term retention and application of skills acquired during the training period. By providing ongoing support and guidance, we ensure continued growth and development beyond the initial learning experience
