From Engagement to Enlightenment – The Big Bang Facilitation Engagement | WoW HR Annual Conference 2026

Eminent Training Solutions was proud to facilitate “The Big Bang” at the WoW HR Annual Conference, held at the iconic ITC Grand Chola, Chennai, on 31 January 2026. More than an engagement, The Big Bang was designed as an experience that encouraged HR leaders to step back, reflect, connect ideas and expand their thinking.

Watching participants engage with the experience reinforced an important belief: When engagement is designed with purpose, learning becomes transformational. The experience brought together reflection, interaction, experiential learning and meaningful conversations, creating opportunities for participants to look at familiar challenges from new perspectives.
